At Total Engineering Solutions Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality engineering services and fabricated products tailored to our clients' needs. Due to the custom nature of our work, we operate under the following return and refund policy:

Custom Fabrication & Engineering Services

All services and custom-fabricated items are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes design, machining, welding, installation, and any bespoke engineering tasks. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments if there are any defects or errors resulting from our process.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product supplied by us is proven to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the situation. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, and photographic evidence may be required.

Cancellations

Service bookings or custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided work has not yet begun. Cancellations after this period may be subject to charges for any work already carried out or materials purchased.
